🚀 Beta Update V2
A major update across nearly every part of the app. Cardio tracking is completely reworked with live GPS routing, real-time pace, elevation, and split announcements. The entire Workout page has a new design and flow — you can now set default weights per exercise and track your progress in new ways. Not sure what to train? A new "Roll the Dice" feature picks a random workout type and suggests exercises within it. An exercise directory and tutorial library have also been added so you always know how to perform a movement correctly.

Beyond workouts, the weight tracking chart, Analytics page, and Morning Briefing have all been redesigned from scratch. Notification messages now include more variety so they don't feel repetitive. A dedicated Recipes page brings together recipe generation, barcode scanning for ingredients, and full recipe management in one place. Dairy-free has been added as a dietary preference option. Calorie and weight-lifting calculations have been verified and improved for better accuracy across the board. Settings has been relocated for easier access. Rounded out with a collection of design polish and bug fixes throughout the app.

🧪 Official Beta Testing
For Your Benefit completed its beta testing phase with all core features live and fully functional — food logging, barcode scanner, workout tracker, macro dashboard, Apple Health integration, water tracking, recipe builder, morning briefings, analytics, projections, and FYB Pro AI features. All feedback gathered during testing has been actively monitored and incorporated. The app is now in final preparation for the official v1.0.0 App Store launch.
